Welcome to Kiwi Community Draws ("the Website"), operated by the Kiwi Community Sports Trust ("the Trust", "we", "us", or "our"). By registering an account, purchasing a ticket, or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1.1. Kiwi Community Draws is a fundraising lottery conducted under a Class 3 Gambling Licence (No. 3/123/456/2025) issued by the New Zealand Department of Internal Affairs (DIA) under the Gambling Act 2003.
1.2. The authorized purpose of this lottery is to raise funds for the Kiwi Community Sports Trust (Charity Registration CC12345), which provides sports equipment and grants to amateur youth sports teams in New Zealand.
1.3. The Organiser is located at 123 Queen Street, Auckland 1010, New Zealand.
2.1. Participation is strictly restricted to persons who are:
2.2. Employees of Kiwi Community Sports Trust, direct family members of key management personnel, and anyone professionally connected with the draw administration are ineligible to win prizes.
2.3. We reserve the right to request valid photo identification (New Zealand Driver Licence, Passport, or 18+ Card) to verify age and identity at any time. Failure to provide this may result in the forfeiture of prizes and account suspension.
3.1. To purchase tickets, you must register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your sole responsibility.
3.3. Only one account is permitted per person. Duplicate accounts may be closed, and any associated tickets voided.
4.1. Ticket prices are as listed on the website: Kiwi Lotto ($10), Keno ($5), and Bullseye ($2). All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are GST inclusive (if applicable).
4.2. All ticket sales are final. Refunds will not be issued for ticket purchases unless a technical error occurred that prevented entry into the draw, or if the draw is cancelled.
4.3. Ticket numbers are selected by the user or via a "Quick Pick" random number generator. Once a transaction is confirmed via email, the numbers are locked and cannot be changed.
4.4. The draws take place at the times specified on the "How It Works" page. Results are published on the website within 24 hours of the draw.
5.1. Winners will be notified via the email address provided at registration. It is the participant's responsibility to ensure contact details are up to date.
5.2. Major Prizes ($1,000+): Winners may be required to sign a statutory declaration and provide proof of identity and age before the prize is released.
5.3. Prizes must be claimed within 12 months of the draw date. Unclaimed prizes after this period will be forfeited and the funds returned to the charitable purpose, subject to DIA regulations.
5.4. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable.
6.1. Kiwi Community Draws is committed to responsible gambling. We view this lottery as a form of entertainment and fundraising, not a way to make money.
6.2. Self-Exclusion: If you feel your gambling is becoming a problem, you may request a self-exclusion period (from 6 months to permanent) by contacting [email protected].
6.3. We reserve the right to suspend accounts where we identify concerning patterns of play or excessive spending.

7.1. To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, Kiwi Community Sports Trust shall not be liable for any loss or damage (including indirect or consequential loss) arising from participation in the lottery or the acceptance of any prize.
7.2. We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free. In the event of a system failure resulting in a void ticket, our liability is limited to the refund of the ticket cost.
8.1. We collect and process personal information in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020. Your data is used for administering the lottery, verifying age, and contacting winners.

9.1. We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be notified to users via email or a prominent notice on the website.
9.2. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
